I'm a highly accomplished and experienced Executive Coach originally from England. Before becoming an Executive Coach, my career spanned  two decades working at a large accounting firm and a FTSE 100 company, where I built a successful career. However, I  knew that my true passion lay in helping others achieve their goals and live their best lives.

That's why I made the decision to become an Executive Coach, and I've never looked back. I love my work and am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their full potential. I understand the challenges and pressures of balancing a career and family life, as I have two children and a husband also working in the corporate world.

After recently relocating overseas for 3 years, I gained invaluable insights into diverse cultures and global business practices, further enriching my coaching approach. This experience has deepened my understanding of the complexities that professionals face, allowing me to provide tailored support to my clients as they navigate their own challenges.
